Join Our IT Team! We are expanding our IT department and looking for 2 Hands-On IT Support Technicians to join our team on-site! Key Responsibilities: End-User & System Support: Provide daily technical support for hardware, OS troubleshooting, input peripherals, and productivity software (including PDF tools & custom apps). Network & Infrastructure Maintenance: Help monitor and maintain local network infrastructure, switches,routers. Hardware Procurement & Setup: Work on provisioning, imaging, and deploying user workstations (desktops, laptops, monitors) and specialized equipment (e.g., thermal barcode/label printers). Qualifications: Hands-on experience in IT help desk, network support, or system administration. Solid understanding of basic networking (TCP/IP, routing, switching) and Windows environments. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with a high sense of ownership. Good communication skills and ability to work efficiently within a team.
