We're Hiring: Business Analyst! We’re looking for a talented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team! If you have a passion for turning ideas into clear business solutions and love working with cross-functional teams, this is your chance. Country: Jordan Location: Remotely • Employment Type: Full-Time • Experience: Mid Level (3+ years as a Business Analyst) What you'll do: • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. • Create detailed wireframes and process flows to translate business needs into functional solutions. • Create user stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs, and process flows. • Manage and refine product backlogs using Azure DevOps. • Document and manage knowledge using Confluence. • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, developers, QA and UX/UI designers. • Review and validate UI/UX designs in Figma. • Support sprint planning, UAT, and Agile delivery. • Assist in UAT and ensure solutions meet business needs. What we’re looking for: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite. • Solid knowledge in wireframing tools (e.g., Balsamiq, Figma, Axure, etc.). • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. • Arabic speakers are highly encouraged to apply. Nice to have: • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus. • Experience working with cross-functional distributed teams. • BA certifications (CBAP, CCBA, ECBA, PMI-PBA).
