We're Hiring: Civil Section Head Engineer 🏗 Mid Contracting Co. is looking for an experienced Civil Section Head Engineer to join our team in Amman, Jordan.  If you're a hands-on leader who takes pride in delivering quality projects on time and within budget, we'd like to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise the civil engineering section, including site engineers, foremen, and technical staff Plan, coordinate, and oversee civil works from mobilization through handover Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and method statements Monitor progress, quality, cost, and schedule, and report to project management Ensure compliance with safety standards, contract requirements, and applicable codes Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other disciplines Manage materials, resources, and subcontractor performance on site Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, with active membership in the Jordan Engineers Association 12+ years of experience in construction/contracting, including proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role Experience in hospital and hotel projects is highly preferred Strong knowledge of construction methods, quality control, and project documentation Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; experience with Primavera/MS Project is a plus Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Strong commitment to health, safety, and quality standards What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package The chance to lead a section on significant projects A professional environment with room for career growth Send your CV to [email protected] with the subject line "Civil Section Head Engineer – Your Name,
