ob Opportunity: Senior Formulator Senior Formulator – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company (Amman, Jordan) A leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company in Amman is seeking a qualified Senior Formulator to join its R&D Department and support the development and improvement of pharmaceutical products in different dosage forms. Job Overview The senior formulator will be responsible for the development and improvement of pharmaceutical solid dosage forms through hands-on formulation work, preparation of laboratory and pilot batches, and proper technical documentation Key Responsibilities Conduct pre-formulation assessments and select suitable excipients. Design and Perform formulation development and optimization experiments Prepare laboratory and pilot batches for stability and scale-up purposes. Complete formulation documentation in compliance with GMP, GLP, and GDP standards. Support troubleshooting of formulation and process-related issues. Assist in process validation and technology transfer activities. Prepare or review formulation-related sections in CTD files. Provide technical assistance to junior staff. Follow SOPs, equipment handling procedures, and safety requirements Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (mandatory). 3 - 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical formulation, including at least 2 years as a Senior Formulator. Solid experience in pharmaceutical formulation, particularly solid dosage forms. Good knowledge of GMP, QA, validation, and ISO standards. Familiarity with CTD documentation for registration purposes. Strong problem-solving and technical skills. Accurate documentation practices and attention to detail. Good teamwork and communication skills.
