Three things worth knowing up front. Your CV is never sent to an outside AI company — the writing help runs on our own machine. Your card number never reaches us — Paddle take the payment. And there are no trackers, no analytics and no advertising on this site at all.

Who is responsible

Forasak is operated by an individual sole trader based in Amman, Jordan. For anything in this policy, write to [email protected].

What we store, and why

Your account

  • Email address — to sign you in, to confirm you are real, and to send the alerts you asked for.
  • Password — stored only as a PBKDF2-SHA256 hash with a per-account salt. We never hold the password itself and cannot read it, so we can never tell you what it was.
  • Country, profession, job roles, keywords — this is what decides which vacancies you are shown. Without it the service has nothing to match against.
  • Alert setting — off, daily or weekly.

Your CV, if you upload one

  • The text of the CV, and a short summary of it we generate once. The summary exists so that later requests stay small and fast.
  • It is used for one purpose: to tailor a draft when you ask for one, on a vacancy you picked.
  • It is never shown to employers, never published, never included in anyone else's results, and never used to train any model.
  • Uploading a CV is optional. Everything else works without it.

Running the service

  • Sessions — a session id, a rough device description from your browser, and when it was last used. This is what makes "sign out" actually end a session, and what enforces one device at a time on the paid plan.
  • Which vacancies you have already been shown — so an alert never repeats a job you have seen.
  • Your AI requests and their results — kept so the page can show you a draft you asked for a minute ago, and so a daily quota can be counted.
  • Subscription state — your plan, whether it is active, when it renews, and the subscription id Paddle gave us. No card number, no expiry, no CVC. We never see them.

What we do not do

  • No analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising network, no third-party cookies. The page loads nothing from an ad or analytics company.
  • We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone for marketing, ever.
  • We do not build a profile of you for any purpose beyond matching vacancies you asked to be matched against.
  • We do not sign in to Facebook or LinkedIn on your behalf and never ask for a social media password.

Cookies and storage

The app keeps your sign-in token and your language choice in your browser's own local storage. That is not a tracking cookie: it never leaves your device except as the token you send us to prove who you are, and clearing your browser data removes it. No other storage is used.

Who else touches your data

Only these, and only for the job named:

  • Paddle.com Market Limited — takes the payment as Merchant of Record. They receive your email and billing details directly from you at checkout, under their own privacy policy. We receive back only your subscription status.
  • Brevo — delivers our email. Your address passes through them so a confirmation link or an alert can arrive.
  • Cloudflare — carries the connection between your browser and our server, and protects it. Standard connection data passes through them.

That is the whole list. There is no fourth party.

The AI runs here, not somewhere else

The writing help uses an open-weights model running on our own hardware in Jordan. Your CV is not sent to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or any other AI service, because there is no such request to send. Nothing you write is used to train anything.

The vacancies themselves

Job postings we collect are content that other people published publicly, on job boards and on public Facebook pages and groups. We keep the posting text, the source, and a contact address if the poster put one in the advert. If you posted a vacancy and want it removed from our results, email us and we will remove it.

How long we keep things

  • Your account and CV — until you delete them.
  • Ended sessions — a short record is kept so a revoked token cannot be reused, then cleared.
  • Payment records — Paddle keep what tax law requires them to keep. That is their retention, not ours.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete all of it. Country, profession, roles, keywords and your CV can be changed or cleared yourself, inside the app, at any moment.

To delete the whole account, email [email protected] from the address you signed up with. We do it within 30 days and confirm when it is done. Deletion is permanent — we cannot bring an account back.

Security

Traffic runs over HTTPS. Passwords are salted and hashed. Signing out genuinely ends a session on the server, not just in your browser. We are a small operation and we will not pretend to be a bank: if something goes wrong that affects you, we will tell you rather than stay quiet.

Children

The service is not for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly keep data about them.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will email you before it takes effect. The date at the top is always the current version.

ثلاثة أمور تستحق أن تُعرف من البداية. سيرتك الذاتية لا تُرسل أبدًا إلى شركة ذكاء اصطناعي خارجية — فالمساعدة في الكتابة تعمل على جهازنا نحن. ورقم بطاقتك لا يصل إلينا — فبادل هي من تستلم الدفع. ولا يوجد على هذا الموقع أي تتبّع أو تحليلات أو إعلانات إطلاقًا.

من المسؤول

يدير فرصك فرد يعمل لحسابه الخاص في عمّان، الأردن. لأي أمر في هذه السياسة راسلنا على [email protected].

ما الذي نحفظه ولماذا

حسابك

  • البريد الإلكتروني — لتسجيل دخولك، وللتأكد أنك حقيقي، ولإرسال التنبيهات التي طلبتها.
  • كلمة السر — تُحفظ فقط كبصمة PBKDF2-SHA256 مع مِلح خاص بكل حساب. لا نحتفظ بكلمة السر نفسها ولا نستطيع قراءتها، فلا يمكننا أبدًا أن نخبرك بها.
  • البلد والمهنة والمسمّيات والكلمات المفتاحية — هذا ما يحدّد الوظائف التي تُعرض عليك. وبدونه لا يجد النظام ما يطابقه.
  • إعداد التنبيه — إيقاف أو يومي أو أسبوعي.

سيرتك الذاتية إن رفعتها

  • نص السيرة، وملخّص قصير نولّده منها مرة واحدة. والملخّص موجود ليبقى كل طلب لاحق صغيرًا وسريعًا.
  • تُستخدم لغرض واحد: تجهيز مسوّدة حين تطلب أنت ذلك، لوظيفة اخترتها أنت.
  • لا تُعرض على أصحاب العمل أبدًا، ولا تُنشر، ولا تدخل في نتائج أي شخص آخر، ولا تُستخدم لتدريب أي نموذج.
  • رفع السيرة اختياري. وكل ما عداه يعمل بدونها.

لتشغيل الخدمة

  • الجلسات — رقم جلسة، ووصف تقريبي لجهازك من متصفحك، ووقت آخر استخدام. بهذا يصبح "تسجيل الخروج" إنهاءً فعليًا للجلسة، وبه يُطبَّق شرط الجهاز الواحد في الخطة المدفوعة.
  • الوظائف التي عُرضت عليك — كي لا يكرّر تنبيه وظيفة رأيتها.
  • طلباتك من الذكاء الاصطناعي ونتائجها — تُحفظ لتستطيع الصفحة أن تعرض لك مسوّدة طلبتها قبل دقيقة، ولحساب الحصة اليومية.
  • حالة الاشتراك — خطتك، وهل هي فعّالة، ومتى تتجدد، ورقم الاشتراك الذي أعطتنا إياه بادل. لا رقم بطاقة ولا تاريخ انتهاء ولا رمز تحقّق. نحن لا نراها أصلًا.

ما لا نفعله

  • لا تحليلات، ولا بيكسل تتبّع، ولا شبكة إعلانات، ولا كوكيز طرف ثالث. الصفحة لا تحمّل شيئًا من شركة إعلانات أو تحليلات.
  • لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نؤجّرها ولا نشاركها مع أحد لأغراض تسويقية، إطلاقًا.
  • لا نبني عنك ملفًا لأي غرض غير مطابقة الوظائف التي طلبت أنت مطابقتها.
  • لا ندخل إلى فيسبوك أو لينكدإن نيابة عنك، ولا نطلب منك كلمة سر أي حساب تواصل اجتماعي.

الكوكيز والتخزين

يحفظ التطبيق رمز دخولك واختيارك للّغة في التخزين المحلي داخل متصفحك. وهذا ليس كوكي تتبّع: فهو لا يغادر جهازك إلا كرمز ترسله لنا لتثبت من أنت، ومسح بيانات المتصفح يمسحه. ولا نستخدم تخزينًا غيره.

من غيرنا يلمس بياناتك

هؤلاء فقط، ولأجل المهمة المذكورة فقط:

  • Paddle.com Market Limited — تستلم الدفع بصفتها البائع المسجَّل. تصلها بياناتك للفوترة وبريدك منك مباشرة عند الدفع، وفق سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بها. ويصلنا منها حالة اشتراكك فقط.
  • Brevo — تُوصِّل بريدنا. يمرّ عنوانك عبرها ليصلك رابط تأكيد أو تنبيه.
  • Cloudflare — تنقل الاتصال بين متصفحك وخادمنا وتحميه. وتمرّ عبرها بيانات الاتصال المعتادة.

هذه القائمة كلها. ولا يوجد طرف رابع.

الذكاء الاصطناعي يعمل هنا لا في مكان آخر

تستخدم المساعدة في الكتابة نموذجًا مفتوح الأوزان يعمل على أجهزتنا في الأردن. سيرتك لا تُرسل إلى OpenAI ولا Anthropic ولا Google ولا أي خدمة ذكاء اصطناعي أخرى، لأنه لا يوجد طلب من هذا النوع يُرسل أصلًا. ولا يُستخدم شيء مما تكتبه في تدريب أي شيء.

الإعلانات نفسها

إعلانات الوظائف التي نجمعها محتوى نشره آخرون للعموم، على مواقع التوظيف وعلى صفحات ومجموعات فيسبوك العامة. ونحفظ نص الإعلان ومصدره وعنوان تواصل إن وضعه ناشره في الإعلان. وإن كنت أنت من نشر وظيفة وتريد إزالتها من نتائجنا فراسلنا ونزيلها.

كم نحتفظ بالأشياء

  • حسابك وسيرتك — حتى تحذفهما.
  • الجلسات المنتهية — يبقى عنها سجل قصير كي لا يُعاد استخدام رمز مُلغى، ثم يُمسح.
  • سجلات الدفع — تحفظ بادل ما يلزمها قانون الضريبة بحفظه. وهذه مدّتها هي لا نحن.

حقوقك

يمكنك أن تطلب منا عرض ما نحفظه عنك، أو تصحيحه، أو حذفه كله. أما البلد والمهنة والمسمّيات والكلمات المفتاحية وسيرتك فتستطيع تغييرها أو مسحها بنفسك من داخل التطبيق في أي لحظة.

ولحذف الحساب كله راسل [email protected] من العنوان الذي سجّلت به. ننفّذ ذلك خلال 30 يومًا ونؤكّد لك عند الانتهاء. والحذف نهائي — لا نستطيع إعادة حساب محذوف.

الأمان

الاتصال يمرّ عبر HTTPS. وكلمات السر مملّحة ومُبصَّمة. وتسجيل الخروج ينهي الجلسة فعليًا على الخادم لا في متصفحك فقط. نحن جهة صغيرة ولن ندّعي أننا بنك: فإن حدث خلل يمسّك أخبرناك به بدل أن نصمت.

الأطفال

الخدمة ليست لمن هم دون 16 عامًا، ولا نحفظ عن قصد بيانات عنهم.

التعديلات

إن عدّلنا هذه السياسة تعديلًا مهمًّا راسلناك قبل سريانه. والتاريخ في الأعلى يدلّ دائمًا على النسخة السارية.
