Terms of service

The short version: we show you job vacancies other people published. We do not employ anyone, we cannot get you a job, and we cannot promise that any listing is genuine. Check before you apply, and never pay anyone to be hired.

1. Who you are dealing with

Forasak ("we", "us") is a job-search service operated by an individual sole trader based in Jordan, reachable at [email protected]. These terms are between you and us. Payments are a separate relationship, described in section 5.

By creating an account you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not create an account.

2. What the service does

Forasak collects publicly visible job vacancies from job boards and from Facebook pages and groups, filters them against the country, profession and keywords on your profile, and shows you the ones that match. It can email you when new ones appear. It can also read a CV you upload and help you rewrite it for a particular vacancy.

What it is not

  • We are not an employer and not a recruitment agency. We do not hire, we do not represent employers, and no employer pays us to place you.
  • We do not write, own or check the vacancies. They belong to whoever published them.
  • We cannot promise a listing is real, current, or offered in good faith. Some Facebook postings are scams. A genuine employer never asks you to pay to be hired — if you are asked for money, it is a fraud, and it is not one we can undo.
  • We do not promise any particular number of vacancies. A common profession in a large market may show hundreds; a narrow one in a small market may show a handful, or none for days. That is a fact about the job market, not a fault in the service, and it is not grounds for a refund beyond the ordinary window in section 6.
  • The AI writing help is a drafting aid. Read what it produces before you send it. It can be wrong, and you are the one applying.

3. Your account

  • You must give a real email address and confirm it. Until you do, results stay closed.
  • You must be at least 16 years old.
  • Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • On the paid plan, one device at a time. Signing in somewhere new signs the previous device out. This is deliberate: it is what stops one subscription being shared by ten people.
  • One person, one account.

4. What you may not do

  • Resell, republish or redistribute the collected listings as your own feed or product.
  • Scrape, crawl or automate against the service, or try to pull data out of it other than by using the app normally.
  • Attempt to reach another user's account or data.
  • Upload a CV that is not yours to share, or anyone else's personal details without their knowledge.
  • Use the service to break the law, or the terms of the sites the listings came from.

We may suspend or close an account that does these things. If we close a paid account for this reason, we refund the unused part of the month.

5. Payment

The paid plan costs $8.00 USD per month and renews monthly until cancelled. Full pricing detail is on the pricing page.

Our order process is conducted by Paddle.com Market Limited, who are the Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle provide the checkout, take the payment, handle sales tax and issue the receipt, under their own buyer terms. Card details are entered on Paddle's checkout and never reach our servers.

If a payment fails, the plan drops back to Free. Nothing you saved is deleted for that reason.

6. Cancelling and refunds

Cancel any time from inside the app. You keep the paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. There is a 14-day full refund on your first payment; the refund policy sets out how.

7. Availability

We try to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee it will be available at any given moment. Collection depends on other companies' websites, which change without warning and sometimes block automated access. A source can stop working for days. We fix these when we can. An interruption to one source is not a failure of the service, though a long outage of the paid features is — talk to us and we will make it right.

8. Your content

Your CV and profile stay yours. You give us permission to store them and to process them in order to run the service for you — matching, alerting, and generating the drafts you ask for. Nothing more. We do not sell them, publish them, or show them to employers. You can delete them, and your whole account, at any time.

9. Liability

We provide the service as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for a job that turned out not to exist, an application that was not answered, a listing we showed late or did not show at all, or a decision you made based on something the AI drafted. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Changes

We may change these terms. If a change matters to you — price, what you get, or your rights — we will email you at least 14 days before it takes effect, and you can cancel before it does. The date at the top always shows the current version.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the law of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer elsewhere, this does not take away rights your own country gives you that cannot be signed away.

شروط الخدمة

باختصار: نعرض لك وظائف نشرها آخرون. نحن لا نوظّف أحدًا، ولا نستطيع أن نؤمّن لك عملًا، ولا نضمن أن أي إعلان صحيح. تحقّق قبل أن تتقدّم، ولا تدفع لأحد مقابل التوظيف أبدًا.

1. مع من تتعامل

فرصك ("نحن") خدمة للبحث عن عمل يديرها فرد يعمل لحسابه الخاص في الأردن، ويمكن مراسلته على [email protected]. هذه الشروط بينك وبيننا. أما الدفع فعلاقة منفصلة موضّحة في البند 5.

بإنشائك حسابًا فأنت تقبل هذه الشروط. وإن لم تقبلها فلا تنشئ حسابًا.

2. ماذا تفعل الخدمة

يجمع فرصك إعلانات الوظائف المتاحة للعموم من مواقع التوظيف ومن صفحات فيسبوك ومجموعاته، ويصفّيها حسب البلد والمهنة والكلمات المفتاحية في ملفك، ويعرض عليك ما يطابقها. ويستطيع أن يرسل لك بريدًا عند ظهور الجديد. كما يستطيع قراءة سيرة ذاتية ترفعها ومساعدتك على إعادة كتابتها لوظيفة بعينها.

وما ليست عليه

  • نحن لسنا جهة توظيف ولا مكتب استقدام. لا نوظّف، ولا نمثّل أصحاب العمل، ولا يدفع لنا صاحب عمل لتعييننا لك.
  • لا نكتب الإعلانات ولا نملكها ولا نتحقّق منها. هي ملك من نشرها.
  • لا نستطيع أن نضمن أن إعلانًا حقيقي أو ساري أو مقدَّم بحسن نية. بعض منشورات فيسبوك عمليات احتيال. صاحب العمل الحقيقي لا يطلب منك مالًا مقابل التوظيف — فإن طُلب منك مال فهو احتيال، ولا نملك إبطاله.
  • لا نعد بعدد معيّن من الوظائف. فمهنة شائعة في سوق كبير قد تعطي المئات، ومهنة ضيّقة في سوق صغير قد تعطي القليل أو لا شيء لأيام. هذه حقيقة عن سوق العمل لا عيب في الخدمة، وليست سببًا للاسترداد خارج المهلة المذكورة في البند 6.
  • مساعدة الذكاء الاصطناعي في الكتابة أداة مسوّدة. اقرأ ما تنتجه قبل أن ترسله. فقد تخطئ، وأنت صاحب الطلب.

3. حسابك

  • عليك إعطاء بريد إلكتروني حقيقي وتأكيده. وإلى أن تفعل، تبقى النتائج مغلقة.
  • يجب ألا يقل عمرك عن 16 عامًا.
  • احتفظ بكلمة السر لنفسك. أنت مسؤول عما يجري تحت حسابك.
  • في الخطة المدفوعة، جهاز واحد في الوقت نفسه. تسجيل الدخول من جهاز جديد يُخرج الجهاز السابق. وهذا مقصود: به يُمنع تقاسم اشتراك واحد بين عشرة أشخاص.
  • شخص واحد، حساب واحد.

4. ما لا يجوز لك

  • إعادة بيع الإعلانات المجمّعة أو نشرها أو توزيعها كأنها خدمتك أنت.
  • سحب البيانات آليًا من الخدمة أو الزحف عليها أو محاولة استخراجها بغير الاستخدام العادي للتطبيق.
  • محاولة الوصول إلى حساب مستخدم آخر أو بياناته.
  • رفع سيرة ذاتية ليست لك، أو بيانات شخص آخر دون علمه.
  • استخدام الخدمة لمخالفة القانون أو شروط المواقع التي جاءت منها الإعلانات.

قد نوقف حسابًا يفعل ذلك أو نغلقه. وإذا أغلقنا حسابًا مدفوعًا لهذا السبب رددنا الجزء غير المستخدَم من الشهر.

5. الدفع

الخطة المدفوعة بـ8.00 دولار أمريكي في الشهر، وتتجدد شهريًا حتى تُلغى. التفاصيل الكاملة في صفحة الأسعار.

تتم عملية الشراء عبر Paddle.com Market Limited، وهي البائع المسجَّل لكل الطلبات. بادل توفّر صفحة الدفع وتستلم المبلغ وتتولى ضريبة المبيعات وتُصدر الفاتورة، وفق شروط المشتري الخاصة بها. تُدخل بيانات البطاقة في صفحة بادل ولا تصل إلى خوادمنا.

إذا فشلت عملية دفع عادت الخطة إلى المجاني. ولا يُحذف شيء مما حفظته بسبب ذلك.

6. الإلغاء والاسترداد

ألغِ في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق. تبقى لك المزايا المدفوعة حتى نهاية المدة التي دفعتها. وهناك استرداد كامل خلال 14 يومًا على أول دفعة، وطريقة ذلك في سياسة الاسترداد.

7. توفّر الخدمة

نجتهد في إبقاء الخدمة تعمل، لكننا لا نضمن توفّرها في أي لحظة بعينها. فالجمع يعتمد على مواقع شركات أخرى تتغيّر دون إنذار وتمنع أحيانًا الوصول الآلي. وقد يتوقف مصدر لأيام. نصلح ذلك متى استطعنا. وتوقّف مصدر واحد ليس فشلًا للخدمة، أما انقطاع طويل للمزايا المدفوعة فهو كذلك — كلّمنا ونصلح الأمر.

8. محتواك

سيرتك الذاتية وملفك يبقيان لك. وتمنحنا إذنًا بحفظهما ومعالجتهما لتشغيل الخدمة لك: المطابقة والتنبيه وإعداد المسوّدات التي تطلبها. لا أكثر. لا نبيعها ولا ننشرها ولا نعرضها على أصحاب العمل. ويمكنك حذفها وحذف حسابك كله في أي وقت.

9. المسؤولية

نقدّم الخدمة كما هي. وفي حدود ما يسمح به القانون، لسنا مسؤولين عن وظيفة تبيّن أنها غير موجودة، أو طلب لم يُرَد عليه، أو إعلان عرضناه متأخرًا أو لم نعرضه، أو قرار اتخذته بناءً على مسوّدة كتبها الذكاء الاصطناعي. وحيث لا يمكن استبعاد المسؤولية، فهي محدودة بما دفعته لنا خلال الاثني عشر شهرًا السابقة للمطالبة.

ولا شيء هنا يحدّ من المسؤولية عن الاحتيال أو عمّا لا يجوز قانونًا تحديده.

10. التعديلات

قد نعدّل هذه الشروط. وإذا كان التعديل يهمّك — في السعر أو ما تحصل عليه أو حقوقك — راسلناك قبل 14 يومًا على الأقل من سريانه، ولك أن تلغي قبل ذلك. والتاريخ في الأعلى يدلّ دائمًا على النسخة السارية.

11. القانون

تخضع هذه الشروط لقانون المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، والاختصاص لمحاكم عمّان. وإن كنت مستهلكًا في بلد آخر فهذا لا يسقط حقوقًا يمنحها لك قانون بلدك ولا يجوز التنازل عنها.
