Software QA Team Lead. As MyThings continues to scale its products and expand into new markets, maintaining exceptional quality across our platforms remains one of our highest priorities. We are looking for an experienced QA Team Lead to strengthen our quality engineering practices, lead our QA team, and help us deliver stable, reliable, and high-quality products. 🔹 Key responsibilities: • Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and quality assurance processes • Lead manual, API, integration, regression, end-to-end, and performance testing activities • Collaborate closely with Development, Product, and Business Analysis teams to ensure high-quality releases • Identify, document, track, and validate defects across multiple environments • Participate in requirements reviews and ensure testability throughout the development lifecycle • Improve release quality, test coverage, testing standards, and QA best practices • Mentor QA engineers and support their technical and professional development • Promote automation and continuous improvement across the testing lifecycle 🔹 Key requirements: • 7+ years of professional experience in software testing and quality assurance • Strong experience creating test strategies, test plans, test cases, and quality processes • Hands-on experience with API, integration, regression, end-to-end, and performance testing • Experience with automation testing tools, frameworks, and methodologies is highly preferred • Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring QA engineers • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional product environment • Strong ownership mentality and commitment to engineering excellence 📍 Location: Amman, Jordan ⏱️ Availability: Immediate or a maximum one-month notice period 💰 Competitive salary package with strong professional growth opportunities If you’re interested—or know someone who would be a great fit—please send me a DM or mention them in the comments.
