🚨 WE’RE HIRING | Quality Assurance (QA) Employee Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Employee with hands-on experience in software testing to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for manually testing the application, identifying and documenting bugs, and ensuring that new features and existing functionality meet the required quality standards before release. Key Responsibilities Manual Testing • Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications. • Test new features, enhancements, and bug fixes to ensure they work as expected. • Execute different types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, usability, and exploratory testing. Bug Identification & Reporting • Identify, reproduce, and document software bugs and issues. • Write clear and detailed bug reports including steps to reproduce, expected results, actual results, severity, and supporting screenshots or videos when applicable. Test Cases & Regression Testing • Create and execute test cases and test scenarios based on business and technical requirements. • Perform regression testing after bugs are fixed or new changes are implemented. Collaboration & Issue Resolution • Work closely with developers, product managers, and the QA Manager to investigate and resolve issues. • Track reported bugs and follow up on their status until resolution. • Verify fixes and ensure that resolved issues do not introduce new problems. Release Testing & Documentation • Participate in release testing and provide feedback on the application's quality and readiness. • Maintain accurate testing documentation and reports. Requirements • 1–2+ years of experience in software quality assurance or manual testing. • Good understanding of software testing principles and methodologies. • Experience with different types of software testing. • Ability to write clear and effective test cases and bug reports. • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking. • Ability to identify, reproduce, and troubleshoot software issues. • Familiarity with bug-tracking and test management tools. • Good communication and teamwork skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple testing tasks. • Experience testing mobile and/or web applications is preferred. Preferred Skills • Basic understanding of API testing and tools such as Postman. • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. • Basic knowledge of SQL and database testing. • Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, or similar QA tools.
