🚨 We Are Hiring | Quality Manager Modern Sources of Management Consulting is currently looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join our client’s team. 📍 Location: Jordan 💼 Position: Quality Manager 🏢 Department: Quality Management ### Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement Quality Management, Food Safety, and Occupational Health & Safety systems. • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, standards, and customer requirements. • Lead internal and external audits and follow up on corrective and preventive actions. • Manage quality assurance and quality control across manufacturing, warehousing, packaging, and related operations. • Handle customer complaints and implement effective corrective actions. • Develop KPIs and continuously monitor quality performance. • Support continuous improvement, product development, and operational excellence. • Manage food safety requirements, HACCP, ISO systems, and quality documentation. • Lead and develop the Quality team and promote a strong quality culture across the organization. ### Requirements: 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Chemical, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field. 📌 10–15 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory/management role at group level. 📌 Strong experience in Total Quality Management (TQM) and food manufacturing is preferred. 📌 Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, Food Safety, and Quality Auditing. 📌 Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production lines, warehousing, and product specifications. 📌 Strong leadership, strategic planning, risk management, data analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills. 📌 ERP experience is preferred.
