Internal Projects Department Manager Ata Rabah is looking for an experienced Internal Projects Department Manager to lead our projects team and ensure successful project delivery in line with quality, timeline, and financial targets. 📍 Location: Khalda Circle, Amman, Jordan 💼 Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Internal Projects Department and oversee Project Managers. Plan and allocate projects according to priorities, workload, and requirements. Monitor project execution, timelines, quality, costs, and overall performance. Support Project Managers in resolving complex issues, risks, and delays. Ensure effective coordination between Projects and internal departments. Oversee customer relationships, project changes, and major escalations. Monitor project financial performance, invoicing, collections, and cost impacts. Review project reports and provide management with accurate project updates. Develop and monitor departmental KPIs and drive continuous improvement. Ensure proper project documentation, delivery, and close-out. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Architectural, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of project management experience, preferably in aluminum, construction, installation, or related industries. Previous leadership or managerial experience in project management. Experience managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously. Strong understanding of project planning, execution, installation, and close-out. Strong customer, financial, analytical, and reporting skills. Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office. Strong command of English. Valid driving license is preferred.
