We're Hiring: ITOM Technical Consultant – Fresh Graduate DIMA Solutions is looking for a motivated and talented ITOM Technical Consultant to join our team in Amman, Jordan. Role Objective: The main objective of this role is to develop the candidate into a skilled ITOM Technical Consultant by providing hands-on experience in IT infrastructure monitoring, system administration , troubleshooting, and customer-facing technical activities. Key Responsibilities: ✔️Assist in implementing and configuring ITOM solutions. ✔️Support monitoring tools related to servers, networks, applications, and infrastructure. ✔️Help in troubleshooting technical issues under the guidance of senior consultants. ✔️Work with Windows and Unix/Linux servers for basic administration tasks. ✔️Support integration activities between ITOM tools and other systems. ✔️Prepare technical documentation, reports, and implementation notes. ✔️Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and technical discussions. ✔️Learn and follow best practices for IT operations, monitoring, and incident management. ✔️Coordinate with internal teams and customers to collect required technical information. ✔️Support testing, validation, and post-implementation activities. Qualifications: 🔹Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field. 🔹Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 🔹0–2 year of experience is acceptable. 📍 Location: Amman, Jordan (On-site) 📩 Interested candidates are invited to send their CVs to: [email protected]
