🚨 We’re Hiring | Fixed Asset & Asset Valuation Consultant 📍 Location: Jordan 📅 Contract: 12 months, with possible extension We are looking for an experienced Fixed Asset & Asset Valuation Consultant to support a potential project in Jordan. 🔹 Key Requirements: • Experience developing and maintaining Fixed Asset Registers • Strong experience in asset data management and governance • Experience in infrastructure and real estate asset valuation • Good knowledge of IAS 16 and IAS 40 • Experience in IFRS-based asset valuation, reconciliation, and reporting • Government, SOE, or public sector asset management experience is highly preferred • Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills Ideal Background: Professionals with experience in asset management, fixed assets, valuation, financial reporting, infrastructure, real estate, or public-sector consulting are encouraged to apply. 📩 Interested?
