About the Role: We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Trainee to join our growing team in Amman (Abu Nuseir). This is a "Training-to-Hire" position designed to transition into a permanent full-time role upon successful completion of the training period. Key planned Responsibilities: • Build a strong understanding of Aspar’s engineering products, HVAC solutions, and B2B services. • Plan, design, and execute digital advertising campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, Google). • Manage email marketing campaigns and technical client outreach .• Optimize website content for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization). • Assist with basic website content updates and digital asset creation. Preferred Backgrounds & Majors: • Engineering, Marketing, Computer Science/Programming, Graphic Design, Psychology, or Public Relations. • Passion for technology, digital marketing trends, and B2B communication. • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
