WE’RE HIRING | Google Ads & Performance Specialist  Amman, Jordan | On-site  Full-time  Salary: 600–750 JOD  Immediate Joiner ONQOL is looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Google Ads & Performance Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Google Ads & Search Engine Marketing, along with hands-on experience across Meta, YouTube, Snapchat, SEO, and performance tracking.  Key Responsibilities: • Launch and manage campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, Snapchat, and other platforms • Execute SEO strategies (On-page, Off-page & Technical) • Implement and troubleshoot Google Tag Manager, GA4 & Meta Pixel • Set up and manage Conversion APIs • Monitor and optimize campaigns based on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROAS & CPA • Collaborate with content and design teams to develop ad creatives • Prepare detailed campaign reports and strategic recommendations  Requirements: • Proven agency experience in digital marketing • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, YouTube, Meta & Snapchat Ads • Strong understanding of SEO principles and tools • Proficiency in GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel & Conversion APIs • Familiarity with landing page platforms • Strong analytical, reporting & problem-solving skills • Excellent communication & teamwork abilities • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field  Important: • Strictly on-site, full-time position • Immediate joiners only • Candidates must not have external freelance commitments  How to Apply: Send your CV to: [email protected] Subject: Google Ads & Performance Specialist Or contact us via WhatsApp:  0777774565 Join ONQOL and be part of a team building growth through data, strategy & marketing intelligence.
