To support our continued growth and ensure smooth daily operations, we are looking for an IT Support / Help Desk Engineer to join our team in Amman. Key Responsibilities: L1/L2 support, Microsoft 365 and endpoint support, basic networking troubleshooting, Active Directory support, basic server/storage support, Microsoft services familiarity (especially Hyper-V), documentation, asset management, and compliance with dnata policies and security standards.
