Technical Site Engineer Quartz For Control Systems Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Site Engineer role based in Amman, Jordan. The Technical Site Engineer will oversee installation, configuration, and testing of smart home control systems and related hardware at customer locations. This role includes performing diagnostics and troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and providing on-site technical support to ensure systems function as designed. The Technical Site Engineer will collaborate with project teams, communicate with customers to understand requirements, document work performed, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. The role also involves occasional training of end users on system operation and providing feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and project teams. Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to diagnose, resolve, and prevent system issues on-site. Solid Analytical Skills to interpret technical data, assess system performance, and propose practical solutions. Experience with electrical, electronic, or low-current systems, preferably in home automation or control systems. Experience Required: Fresh Graduate / 0–1 year of experience. Ability to read and understand technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and installation manuals. Comfort working on-site in residential environments, including occasional evening or weekend work if needed. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field is preferred. Basic knowledge of networking and IoT devices; familiarity with smart home platforms is an advantage. Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
