The ideal candidate will have solid experience in payroll calculation, recruiting and a strong understanding of Jordanian Labor Law. Key Responsibilities - Manage recruitment and talent acquisition processes. - Handle employee relations and maintain personnel records. - Calculate monthly payroll accurately, including overtime, deductions, and benefits. - Ensure full compliance with Jordanian Labor Law and company policies. - Support the development and implementation of HR procedures. - Contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
