Marketing Supervisor GTS – Glory for Technology Services! We are looking for a results-driven, hands-on Marketing Supervisor to join our team in Amman! If you are a commercially minded marketer who bridges strategy with day-to-day execution—spanning digital ads, e-commerce growth, vendor campaigns, and retail promotions—this is a great opportunity to drive real business impact in Jordan’s tech retail and distribution sector. What You’ll Be Doing: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital ads, social media, GTS, and physical showrooms. Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads & Google Ads across all funnel objectives. Track performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, reach, ROAS) to maximize marketing ROI. Drive e-commerce growth on GTS through promotional banners, landing pages, and conversion-focused merchandising. Plan and manage co-marketing activities and Market Development Funds (MDF) with global tech vendor partners. Oversee high-converting Arabic copywriting and content across all marketing touchpoints. Collaborate with Procurement, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to align campaigns with inventory availability and commercial targets. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or e-commerce management. Proven track record directly managing Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads accounts. Experience in consumer electronics, IT equipment, or retail is highly advantageous. Strong fluency in data analysis, campaign performance metrics, and commercial strategy. Excellent Arabic and English communication and copywriting skills.
