Al-Motakadema Pharmaceutical LTD is Hiring! – Product Manager Al-Motakadema Pharmaceutical LTD is looking for an experienced and motivated Product Manager to join our team. 📍 Location: Jordan Experience 6-8 years experience in the field of pharmaceutical Marketing with good scientific knowledge Education University Degree in pharmacy,Ph.D Responsibilities: Research, analyze and prepare plans/budgets for current and future market sectors. Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing objectives and strategies. Develop creative consumer-oriented marketing concepts and strategies within agreed company policies and local legal framework. Search for new methods and ways to promote company products and reach marketing objectives. Develop promotional plans and ensure appropriate use of products’ promotional materials by medical representatives. Monitor brand performance on a continual basis against sales, expenses and market penetration plans. Establish and maintain good communication channels with company clients (Pharmacies, Doctors and Drug Stores) and ensure to provide them with marketing and promotional material such as brochures and gifts. Develop the appropriate marketing mix for the assigned products Knowledge of:- Medical background in terms of diseases and its proper medications. For each product he is responsible for, he has to know full scientific information. Marketing and Management techniques and concepts, especially for pharmaceutical products. Advertising tools and how to implement them to achieve objectives. Industry core competencies and how to sustain and develop them. Knowledge of all competitors in the market and their products. Mathematics and Statistics Basics Computer Proficiency including Microsoft Office Applications and searching the Internet, graphic design is a plus.
