Job Vacancy – Finance Manager (Industrial Sector) A leading industrial company is seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager to join its team. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting. Previous experience in the industrial sector is mandatory. Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, cost control, and financial analysis. Proven experience in leading and managing finance and accounting teams. Strong knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills. Good command of English. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all finance and accounting operations. Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports. Monitor costs, profitability, working capital, and overall financial performance. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies. Provide management with accurate financial analysis and recommendations. Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process. Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial stakeholders.
