National Office Systems (NOS) is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of: 💼 IT Support Technician Key Responsibilities: • Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot IT-related issues. • Install and configure Windows operating systems, software, and drivers. • Perform hardware and software maintenance for computers. • Set up employees’ computers and connect them to printers and networks. • Perform data backups and user data transfers. • Document technical issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions. Required Qualifications: • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT technical support. • Good knowledge of Windows, computer hardware, networking, and Active Directory.
