LLC is a Jordanian company founded in 2013, specializing in the trading and distribution of chemicals for the detergent industry and focuses on supplying quality chemical products to manufacturers and partners in the region. Team members join a company with a clear industry focus and opportunities to contribute to its continued growth in the chemicals and detergents sector. 📍 Location: Jordan 💼 Department: Sales 📌 Position: Sales Engineer 🔹 Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business targets. • Manage and grow relationships with key customers and suppliers. • Identify new customers, projects, products, and business opportunities. • Lead negotiations on pricing, quantities, payment terms, and delivery conditions. • Manage the sales cycle from customer inquiry and quotation through order execution and follow-up. • Coordinate with Purchasing, Logistics, Finance, and technical teams to ensure smooth operations. • Provide professional product and technical support in coordination with the Technical Team. • Follow up on customer satisfaction, complaints, samples, approvals, and post-sales activities. • Monitor market trends and identify commercially viable raw materials. • Prepare sales and customer visit reports and provide regular performance updates to management. 🔹 Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field. * 3+ years of experience in sales or a similar role. * Experience in raw materials, chemicals, Industrial fragrance, or related industries is highly preferred. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Arabic & English. * Strong customer relationship and business development skills. * Strong analytical, planning, decision-making, and organizational abilities. * Knowledge in ERP systems and Microsoft 365. * Strong teamwork and target-oriented mindset. * Willingness to conduct regular customer and field visits.
