الإعلان_المميز ✨ مدير_عمليات_ما_قبل_البيع Pre_Sales_Manager Pre Sales Manager Amman, Jordan | Full-Time | Managerial Level About_the_Role: We are looking for an experienced Pre Sales Manager to lead our Software and Hardware Pre-Sales function. This is a newly created senior position, reflecting our commitment to building a stronger technical sales capability as we grow. You will report directly to the CCO and play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our clients' business needs and our technical solutions. What_You'll_Do: ● Product Demonstrations – Deliver live, customized software demonstrations that showcase how our products solve specific client pain points. ● Discovery & Needs Assessment – Interview prospective clients to understand their current technology stack, workflows, and business goals. ● RFPs & Proposals – Write technical responses and develop proposal documents for requests for proposals (RFPs). ● Proof of Concept (PoC) – Manage and build technical proofs of concept or pilot tests to demonstrate that our software works as promised. ● Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with sales representatives, product managers, and software engineers to relay market feedback and align on deal strategy. What_We're_Looking_For: ● Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field ● 10+ years of relevant experience ● Strong background in IT, software, and hardware solutions ● Certifications spanning IT and Business are a plus Essential Skills ● Communication – Ability to translate complex technical features into simple, persuasive, non-technical business value. ● Technical Curiosity – Quick to learn new software products, understand API integrations, and stay current on market trends. ● Problem-Solving – Comfortable adapting on the spot during client meetings to diagnose unique challenges and architect viable solutions. ● Business Acumen – Solid understanding of corporate budgets, buyer personas, and the overall sales cycle.
