Jordan Sweden Medical is looking to hire Troubleshooting Pharmacist / Engineer with the following requirements: Job Title: Troubleshooting Pharmacist / Engineer Brief Job Description: 1. Follow up and participate in the manufacturing of pharmaceutical formulations during pilot production stages and the transition to scale-up production processes. 2. Ensure the implementation of written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) related to manufacturing procedures for the first commercial production batches after product registration, and prepare the related reports. 3. Work with the R&D and Production departments to carry out process optimization activities according to the defined protocols, including writing and issuing the relevant protocols and reports, following up on implemented modifications, and identifying critical process parameters (CPPs) to ensure the product's readiness for routine production. 4. Contribute to investigating product-related issues, analyzing manufacturing process data and results, and collaborating with concerned departments to identify solutions, provide recommendations, and work effectively within the team to resolve problems and prevent recurrence. 5. Participate in Process Validation activities according to the defined protocols, including sample analysis, and the preparation and issuance of Process Validation protocols and reports. Qualifications: BSc. degree in chemical engineering, Pharmacy, or pharmaceutical engineering Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Training and Skills: 1. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and registration requirements in the Jordanian market and international markets. 2. Good knowledge of GMP and GLP principles and regulations. 3. Proficiency in computer and internet use. 4. Organizational and administrative skills. 5. Ability to prepare reports and follow up on workflow progress.
