Junior IT Specialist Engicon Responsibilities: -Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. -Assist with the installation, configuration, maintenance, and updates of IT systems. -Support LAN and wireless network setup and troubleshooting. -Maintain IT asset, incident, and resolution records. -Assist senior IT staff with IT projects, system upgrades, and technology solutions. -Provide user support and guidance on common IT applications and issues. Qualifications: -Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. -Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems. -Familiarity with networking concepts, including IP addresses, DNS, and routers. -Knowledge of Microsoft Office and common business applications. -Understanding of cybersecurity principles is an advantage. -Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. -CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certification is an advantage. -Willingness to support occasional on-site requirements and work outside regular hours during emergencies or system upgrades.
