Sales Engineer 📢 AGON Engineering is looking for a Sales Engineer to join our team and support the growth of our engineering and technical consultancy services within the pharmaceutical and industrial sectors. We’re looking for someone who combines engineering knowledge, technical understanding, and strong business development skills to understand client needs, identify opportunities, and develop suitable technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and develop new business opportunities. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners. • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable engineering solutions. • Prepare and follow up on technical & commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders. • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions. • Follow up on opportunities from initial lead through to project award. • Identify potential projects and market opportunities across Jordan and the MENA region. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related discipline). • 2–5 years of relevant experience. • Experience in Pharmaceutical, MEP, HVAC, Cleanroom, Utilities, or GMP sectors is highly preferred. • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Good command of written and spoken English. • Willingness to travel locally and internationally when required. 📍 Location: Jordan | Full-Time Interested in joining AGON Engineering?
