Operations Officer An FMCG company is looking for a reliable and organized "Operations Officer" to join its team. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily customer orders with the warehouse, including preparation, picking, packing, and dispatch. Monitor stock availability and inventory levels, maintain accurate records, and resolve stock discrepancies. Follow up on deliveries and coordinate with drivers, delivery teams, and the sales team regarding order status and availability. Ensure orders and deliveries are processed accurately and on time, while resolving any related issues. Prepare daily and weekly logistics/inventory reports and ensure smooth coordination between the warehouse and other departments. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, warehouse coordination, or a related role. Good command of English and strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
