🚨 We’re Hiring | Commission-Based Sales Representative Pure Source is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team on a commission-based basis. 💧 About Pure Source Pure Source provides water purification and water treatment solutions designed to deliver reliable, high-quality water solutions for residential, commercial, hospitality, and industrial clients. 🔹 Key Responsibilities * Identify and develop new sales opportunities and potential customers. * Generate leads and build a strong customer pipeline. * Promote Pure Source water purification and treatment solutions. * Visit potential residential, commercial, hospitality, and industrial customers. * Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions. * Prepare quotations and follow up with prospects until closing. * Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. * Achieve agreed sales targets and maximize commission opportunities. * Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities. * Follow up with existing customers for additional services and solutions. 🔹 Requirements * Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer acquisition is preferred. * Experience in water treatment, purification, MEP, engineering, hospitality, or industrial solutions is an advantage. * Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently. * Strong networking and lead-generation abilities. * Valid driving license and own transportation is an advantage. * Good knowledge of the local market and customer network is preferred. 💰 Compensation Commission-based — attractive commission structure with unlimited earning potential.
