HR & Recruitment Officer – Mafraq Factory Petra Engineering Industries Co with the following: Main Duties:         ·Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying staffing requirements to onboarding new employees. Publish job advertisements through appropriate recruitment channels. ·Conduct interviews and coordinate interviews with the HR Manager. ·Manage exit procedures, including exit interviews. ·Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information. ·Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Human Resources or related field. 1 to 2 Years of experience in recruitment. Good knowledge of employment practices. Good communication and teamwork skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
