Job Opportunity | Customer Service & Maintenance Coordinator Ata Rabah is looking for a Customer Service & Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. 📍 Location: Khalda Circle, Amman 💼 Employment Type: Full-time 🕐 Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 6 days/week Responsibilities Handle customer calls, complaints, and maintenance requests. Coordinate and schedule maintenance visits. Follow up on service requests and customer satisfaction. Coordinate between customers, technicians, and relevant departments. Maintain accurate customer and maintenance records. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field. Experience in customer service or maintenance coordination is preferred.
