Job Vacancy Announcement Job Title: Project Management and Sales Senior Engineer Department / Division: Project Management and Sales Location: Jordan Job Responsibilities The selected candidate will be responsible for the following: · Lead and manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring successful delivery within the agreed scope, schedule, and budget. · Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients and identify new business opportunities. · Prepare and follow up on technical and commercial offers, proposals, quotations, and sales activities. · Coordinate with internal departments, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. · Monitor project progress, sales targets, customer requirements, and overall business performance. · Support the development and implementation of sales and project management strategies. Key Tasks The role includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks: · Manage project schedules, resources, costs, and deliverables. · Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and technical discussions. · Identify new projects and market opportunities and contribute to achieving sales targets. · Prepare project reports, sales forecasts, and management updates. · Review customer requirements and coordinate with technical and operational teams to provide appropriate solutions. · Follow up on projects after award to ensure customer satisfaction and successful completion. Candidates must meet the following requirements: · Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or an equivalent engineering discipline. · Professional certifications: Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) is preferred. · Technical skills: Strong project management, sales, commercial, negotiation, reporting, and Microsoft Office skills. · Soft skills: Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills. · Languages: Excellent command of Arabic and English, both written and spoken. Turkish language is preferred. · Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Willingness to travel when required. · A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in project management, sales, engineering, or a related field is required. · Previous experience combining project management and technical sales will be highly preferred.
