📢 WE ARE HIRING | MAINTENANCE MANAGER – DAIRY FARM We are looking for an experienced and motivated Maintenance Manager to join our team at a modern Dairy Farm. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all maintenance activities across the farm, ensuring equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and minimal downtime. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: * Manage and supervise all maintenance activities across the dairy farm. * Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans. * Oversee the maintenance of milking systems, cooling systems, pumps, compressors, and farm equipment. * Supervise electrical, mechanical, plumbing, water supply, and irrigation systems. * Manage and lead the maintenance team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance. * Troubleshoot equipment failures and ensure timely corrective actions. * Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate purchasing requirements. * Coordinate with external contractors and maintenance service providers. * Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare periodic maintenance reports. * Monitor maintenance costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency. * Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and environmental requirements. 🎓 Qualifications & Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management. * Experience in a Dairy Farm, Livestock Farm, Dairy Plant, or Agricultural Facility is highly preferred. * Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems. * Practical experience with milking and milk cooling systems is a strong advantage. * Experience managing maintenance teams and contractors. * Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. * Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems. * Strong leadership and communication skills. 📍 Location: Zarqa - Hallabat 💼 Position: Maintenance Manager 📩 How to Apply: [email protected]‏
