Siemens BMS Engineer Select, design, program, test, commission, and maintain Siemens BMS solutions. Deliver projects and support SLA contracts. Project Responsibilities: * Select Siemens building automation products per project specifications. * Design BMS architecture, I/O lists, and control schematics. * Prepare BOQs, datasheets, and technical submittals. * Engineer DDC controllers using Siemens ABT and Xworks Plus (XWP). * Configure Desigo CC graphics, alarms, trends, and schedules. * Integrate third-party systems via BACnet/IP, Modbus,OPC,etc. * Develop FAT and SAT procedures. * Test and commission HVAC control systems on site. * Troubleshoot field devices, network, and software faults. * Prepare as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and test reports. * Coordinate with MEP contractors, consultants, and clients. * Support tender-stage technical clarifications. SLA Responsibilities: * Execute scheduled preventive maintenance visits per SLA scope. * Respond to corrective maintenance calls within contract response times. * Perform BMS health checks on controllers, networks, servers, and Desigo CC. * Backup and restore Desigo CC databases and controller programs. * Apply firmware, software patches, and license updates. * Review alarms, trends, and energy data Recommend optimization. * Perform root cause analysis Escalate to Siemens technical support if needed. * Record tickets, service reports, and SLA KPIs. * Recommend spare parts and system upgrades. * Train client operators and facility teams. * Support SLA proposals: scope, visit schedules, and pricing inputs. * Maintain client system documentation and change logs. Required Qualifications: * BSc in Mechatronics Engineering. - 1–3 years of BMS experience. * Documented experience with Siemens ABT, XWP, and Desigo CC. * Proven product selection and system design ability. * Hands-on testing and commissioning experience. * Exposure to O&M or SLA support work. * Solid knowledge of HVAC control sequences. * Ability to read MEP drawings and P&IDs. * Working knowledge of BACnet/IP networking. * Proficiency in MS Excel. * Fluent English. * Willingness to work on-site and respond to urgent calls. Preferred: * Siemens Desigo training certificates. * Experience with SCADA/HMI systems. * Knowledge of Modbus, KNX,, API and OPC. * Basic OT cybersecurity awareness.
