HR Senior Officer We are looking for an experienced HR Senior Officer. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources. * Strong knowledge of Jordanian Labor Law, Social Security, and Income Tax regulations. * Hands-on experience in developing and implementing HR Policies & Procedures (SOPs). * Experience in developing job descriptions, performance management, salary structure, payroll support, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations. * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience is an advantage.
