Role Description The Medical Sales Representative at Burgan Drugstore is a full-time field work responsibility for promoting and selling medical devices and related health products of Microlife, Caress, FluZal, MagniPlus, Pure, Foldsafe, TBS-SafeAll & MD4 to Pharmacies, Hospitals & Paediatricians. The representative maintains regular contact with existing clients on scheduled monthly program, responds to inquiries, and offers customer support to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Additional responsibilities include tracking sales activities, preparing reports, collaborating with his/her Pharmacy Medical Team, and staying current on new products, therapeutic areas, and market trends. The role requires consistent use of digital communication tools and remote collaboration platforms to achieve sales targets and uphold service quality. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills, including lead generation, relationship-building, and closing techniques by at least 3 years successful field pharmacy detailing and sales experience. Candidates should possess effective Communication Skills, strong personality and a customer-focused approach to Customer Service. Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Medicine as Bachelor of Sciences in Pharmacy – Med. Technology – Nursing – Biology…etc, to understand pathological areas and product benefits. Candidates should possess basic Medical-related knowledge, such as human anatomy and disease conditions. Candidates should possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Candidates should possess strength in digital tools (CRM systems, video conferencing, and office software) and the ability to document and report sales activity accurately. Candidates should possess a commitment to ethical sales practices, regulatory compliance, and patient safety. Candidates should possess a Car and valid driving license plus should be living in the Greater Amman area only.
