Production Supervisor Hayat Pharmaceutical Industries is seeking a qualified and motivated Production Supervisor to join our Production team Position Overview The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily pharmaceutical manufacturing activities, ensuring that production operations are performed efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with GMP requirements, approved SOPs, quality standards, and production schedules. Key Responsibilities - Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing activities and production personnel - Ensure all production operations are performed in accordance with GMP requirements, approved SOPs, company policies, and established quality standards - Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with approved specifications, procedures, and production schedules - Plan and allocate workforce and production activities to achieve established production targets Ensure accurate and timely completion and review of batch manufacturing records and other production documentation - Coordinate effectively with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Warehouse, Maintenance, and other relevant departments to address operational and production-related matters - Participate in the investigation of deviations, non-conformities, and production issues, and support the implementation and follow-up of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) Ensure proper operation, cleaning, and readiness of production equipment in coordination with the concerned departments - Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and GMP-compliant manufacturing environment Train, coach, and support production team members to maintain the required levels of performance and compliance - Prepare production reports and communicate operational performance, production issues, and relevant KPIs to management Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field - 6-9 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, preferably including supervisory experience - Good knowledge of GMP requirements, SOPs, and pharmaceutical manufacturing practices Strong understanding of pharmaceutical production processes and documentation requirements - Good leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team-management skills - Ability to organize priorities, work effectively under pressure, and meet production deadlines If you are passionate about pharmaceutical manufacturing, operational excellence, and maintaining high standards of quality and compliance, we would be pleased to hear from you and welcome you to the Hayat Pharmaceutical Industries team How to Apply Interested candidates should submit their resume to [email protected] with the subject line "Production Supervisor" Applications will be accepted until 8th of October 2026
