Technical Support Specialist Job Description To deliver timely, accurate, and empathetic technical support to customers via phone and chat, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing satisfaction with our services. --- Key Responsibilities: Call Handling: Respond to inbound customer calls regarding technical issues, service inquiries, and product troubleshooting. Chat Support: Provide live support through chat platforms, ensuring fast and accurate resolutions. Customer Onboarding: Guide new customers through product setup and first-time usage, ensuring they are fully enabled to use our solutions effectively. Issue Resolution: Diagnose, escalate, and resolve technical issues following internal SOPs and SLAs. Documentation: Log all customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions accurately in the CRM/ticketing system. Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal departments (Sales, Product, Engineering) to ensure complete and effective customer resolutions. Shift Work: Participate in round-the-clock shift rotations, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as scheduled. Feedback Loop: Capture customer feedback and pain points and escalate recurring issues for continuous product and service improvement. --- Required Qualifications: Prior experience in a call center or technical support role. Familiarity with live chat support tools and CRMs. Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English. Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge (POS systems, apps, connectivity, etc.). Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer orientation and empathy. Willingness to work on rotational shifts. --- Preferred: Experience with customer experience or customer technical support. Exposure to SaaS platforms, POS systems, or tech-driven products.
