📢 We’re Hiring | Planning & Production Engineer Abdin Industrial Company is looking for an experienced Planning & Production Engineer to join our team and support our growing manufacturing operations. The role will be responsible for production planning, scheduling, capacity planning, MRP, resource utilization, and coordination across production, warehouse, and sales to ensure smooth production flow and timely delivery. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain production plans and schedules • Analyze capacity, workload, materials, and production requirements • Monitor production performance and identify bottlenecks • Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Quality, Warehouse, and Sales • Support MRP and inventory planning activities • Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency • Monitor KPIs and production schedule adherence 🔹 Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering field • 2–4 years of relevant experience in production planning, production control, or manufacturing • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Good command of Microsoft Excel • Experience with ERP/MRP systems is preferred • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills • Good understanding of manufacturing processes and shop-floor operations 📩 Interested candidates are invited to send their CV to: [email protected]
