Sales Agents (Commission-Based) We’re Looking for Sales Agents | Commission-Based 3B is looking for motivated and well-connected Sales Agents / Sales Representatives to help us expand our network and acquire new clients. This is a flexible, commission-based opportunity with no fixed working hours and no requirement to work from our office. Your Role: Identify and approach potential clients. Present 3B’s solutions professionally. Generate leads and arrange meetings with decision-makers. Follow up with potential clients and support the sales process until the contract is signed. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. What We Offer: Attractive commission for every successfully signed contract. No fixed office hours. No on-site attendance required. Flexible working arrangement. Sales and product materials provided by 3B. Opportunity to earn based directly on your sales performance. Who We’re Looking For: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and results-driven. Previous sales experience is preferred but not mandatory. Having an existing network with schools, educational institutions, or businesses is a strong advantage.
