Job Description We are looking for a motivated and organized Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our library branch in Shafa Badran, Amman, for a full-time morning shift. The role includes: * Assisting customers and providing professional customer service. * Sales and product recommendations based on customer needs. * Handling printing and basic computer-related services. * Preparing and processing customer transactions and requests. * Organizing and arranging products and maintaining the appearance of the store. * Using Microsoft Office and other basic computer programs. * Following up on customer requests and ensuring a smooth customer experience. * Supporting daily store operations and maintaining an organized work environment. Requirements: * Good communication and customer-service skills. * Professional appearance and attitude. * Good organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to communicate, negotiate, and deal confidently with customers. * Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer programs. * Previous experience in sales, customer service, printing, or working in a library/stationery store is preferred. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Available for a full-time morning shift.
