WE’RE HIRING | Procurement Manager Location: Amman – Marka Job Type: Full-time A well-established food manufacturing company in Jordan is looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to join its team in Amman – Marka. Key Responsibilities: • Manage procurement of food raw materials, packaging materials, and production supplies. • Source and evaluate suppliers and negotiate competitive prices and favorable terms. • Lead supplier negotiations and identify measurable cost-saving opportunities. • Develop and maintain a strong supplier network. • Monitor market prices and identify procurement optimization opportunities. • Ensure timely supply while maintaining quality standards. • Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Finance teams. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field. • 7+ years of procurement experience within food manufacturing, preferably in sweets or confectionery. • Strong experience in raw materials and packaging procurement. • Excellent negotiation and supplier-management skills. • Strong commercial and analytical skills. • Proven ability to identify and achieve procurement cost savings. • Good knowledge of the Jordanian food and packaging supplier market is preferred.
