Job Vacancy: IT Administrator Location: Amman, Jordan Years of Experience: 3–7 Years We are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensure system reliability, and provide technical support to employees. Key Responsibilities * Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems. * Manage and troubleshoot VoIP phone systems. * Configure and maintain firewalls, network switches, and wireless access points. * Perform hardware and software troubleshooting and resolve technical issues. * Manage Active Directory, including user accounts, permissions, and access control. * Monitor and maintain network performance, connectivity, and security. * Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment. * Provide technical support to employees and ensure smooth daily IT operations. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. * 3–7 years of hands-on experience in IT administration and technical support. * Good knowledge of networking, including firewalls, switches, and access points. * Experience with CCTV and VoIP systems. * Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware and software. * Good knowledge of Active Directory and Windows operating systems. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
