Dajani Consulting is seeking qualified and experienced national and international consultants for potential short-term assignments in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET), and employment-oriented skills development. We invite expressions of interest from qualified experts in the following areas: 1. Gender Expert – Gender-Transformative Approaches in Education and TVET - Expertise in gender-responsive and gender-transformative policies, strategies, and institutional practices in education and TVET. - Experience in gender mainstreaming, gender analysis, women's economic empowerment, and addressing gender barriers in access to education, training, and employment. - Proven experience developing gender action plans, institutional capacity-building programs, and gender-sensitive monitoring frameworks. 2. Human Resource Development (HRD) Expert – Education Sector - Expertise in HRD policies, strategies, and systems for educational personnel, including teachers, trainers, school leaders, and education administrators. - Experience in workforce planning, competency frameworks, professional development, performance management, and institutional capacity building. - Proven experience designing and implementing HRD reforms, teacher professional development systems, and training needs assessments. 3. Private Sector Engagement Expert – PPP for Employment-Oriented Education and Training - Expertise in public-private partnerships (PPP) and private sector engagement in education, TVET, and workforce development. - Experience developing employer-led training programs, work-based learning, apprenticeships, and industry–education partnerships. - Proven experience strengthening linkages between education and training institutions and labor market needs, including skills development and employment promotion. 4. TVET Reform Expert – TVET Systems Development - Expertise in TVET policy reform, governance, institutional development, and national qualifications frameworks. - Experience in competency-based education and training, curriculum development, quality assurance, accreditation, and skills certification. - Proven experience supporting national TVET reforms, improving institutional performance, and aligning training provision with labor market demands. General Qualifications - Advanced university degree in a relevant field. - Preferably 10 years or more of relevant professional experience. - Demonstrated experience in donor-funded technical assistance and institutional reform projects. - Previous experience working with government institutions, international development agencies, and education or TVET stakeholders. - Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills. - Experience in Jordan and/or the MENA region will be considered an advantage. - Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
