Vacancy: Garage Coordinator We are seeking a motivated and organized professional to join our Logistics Support Directorate as a Garage Coordinator. Candidates with a background in Mechanical Engineering, robust coordination skills and an interest in vehicle maintenance operations are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule vehicle maintenance and repair activities. Receive vehicles requiring servicing, record pertinent details and monitor repair and delivery processes. Maintain and update vehicle records and maintenance requests, ensuring data integrity. Liaise with the warehouse team to secure spare parts and necessary materials. Schedule and oversee preventive and periodic maintenance. Coordinate with external maintenance centres and monitor bodywork and painting operations. Review maintenance reports, vehicle faults and associated invoices. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a cognate discipline. 0–3 years of relevant experience. Competence in written and spoken English. Proficiency in computer applications and relevant software. Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills. Effective time management, problem-solving and organizational abilities.
