We’re Hiring | E-Commerce & Social Media Support A leading company in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector is looking for an E-Commerce & Social Media Support professional to join its team in Amman. Key Responsibilities: - Support daily e-commerce operations, including orders, product listings, pricing, and stock availability. - Assist in implementing e-commerce promotions, offers, and campaigns. - Prepare sales reports and monitor e-commerce performance. - Support social media content planning, posting, and community management. - Coordinate with designers to develop social media and e-commerce creatives. - Assist in executing digital marketing and social media campaigns. - Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of daily activities. Requirements: - 3–5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce and social media. - Good command of English. - Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, social media management, and digital marketing. - Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills. - Ability to work effectively within a team.
