Customer service executive with 2-3 year’s experience ·Assisting Customers (handled by respective sales personnel) to solve documentation & other queries. · Maintaining rate file for customers handled by respective sales personnel with validity and updating back to sales for validity extension / any amendment thereafter. ·To update clients if there is any delay in t/s port ·To always keep the Shipper & Consignee updated on the status of shipment. ·To handle queries from the discharge port regarding the delivery of the containers to the receiver. ·To relay the special details related to a shipment that has been approved by the principals to the agents at the discharge port. ·To coordinate with the principals on occasions of Free days and special freight rates, change of destination (COD) as required by the customer · To follow up with the consignees for detention on empty containers (if any). ·Long Staying Full Import Containers to be followed with the Consignee and same to be updated to Principles. ·Able to work under pressure and ability to trained for oracle systems Export & Import Documentation Executive with 2-3 years’ experience ·When shipper collects containers, EQC will arrange (Pre - gate ) with ACT and inform shipper by E-mail to use this no. on ACT forum for export part ·Export manifest entry BL details entered in the line system and Draft BL e-mailed d to the shipper for approval, Draft copy is acknowledged by the shipper and is E- MAILED back Indicating the changes if any. ·For import documentations Manifest is checked for IMCO cargo, reefer cargo, SOC manifest type (IMP / TRANSIT / FZE) & for any other discrepancies. ·entering the customs number and page number into AFSYS system for each BL# Using customs/ page no updating option ·arrange All related reports (i.e. Index, discharge, ASEZA, ALV index) send to concern dep.
