We’re Hiring | Assistant Storekeeper We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Storekeeper to join our team. Key Responsibilities: - Receive, inspect, store, and issue materials, spare parts, and supplies. - Maintain accurate stock records and warehouse documentation. - Perform transactions and maintain inventory records using the company ERP and warehouse management systems. - Support regular cycle counts, stock-taking, and inventory reconciliation activities. - Prepare and maintain monthly inventory reports and support the month-end stock closing process. - Ensure proper identification, labeling, organization, and storage of materials. - Coordinate with relevant departments regarding material requests, stock movements, and availability. - Maintain high standards of warehouse housekeeping, safety, and material handling. Candidate Requirements: - Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications. - Experience in using ERP and warehouse/inventory management systems is preferred. - Good organizational and documentation skills. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to work effectively within a team and coordinate with different departments. - Previous experience in warehouse, stores, inventory, or a similar position is an advantage.
