Collection Officers – Irbid A leading local bank in Jordan is seeking qualified Collection Officers to join its team in Irbid. Mandatory Requirements: * Must be a resident of Irbid, Jordan. * Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in banking collections. * Must have previously worked in the Collections Department of a bank operating in Jordan. * Experience must be exclusively in banking collections. * Strong communication, negotiation, and debt recovery skills. * Ability to achieve collection targets and work under pressure. Important Notice: Only applicants with at least 2 years of direct experience in a bank’s Collections Department in Jordan will be considered. Experience in other banking departments, including customer service, sales, or branch operations, will NOT be accepted. Applications that do not meet ALL the above requirements will NOT be reviewed.
