📢 Job Vacancy: Junior Accountant Total Care Facilities Management (TCFM) Total Care Facilities Management (TCFM) is looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Accountant to join our team! In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the company’s financial operations. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for recording daily financial transactions, preparing bank reconciliations and financial reports, reconciling accounts, and assisting with annual financial statements, audits, and closing procedures. Key Responsibilities - Financial Transactions: Record daily journal entries, including transactions related to suppliers, customers, petty cash, and other financial activities. - Bank Reconciliation: Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records. - Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports relating to suppliers, customers, and employees. - Inventory Management: Participate in the annual inventory count of warehouses and storage facilities. - Financial Statements & Audits: Assist in preparing annual financial statements and carrying out annual audits and financial closing procedures. - Account Reconciliation: Reconcile balances and accounts with customers, suppliers, and employees as required. Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, with a minimum grade of Good. - 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the facilities management sector. - Familiarity with ERP systems, with experience in Odoo preferred. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Excellent organizational and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. - Proficiency in English. 📩 How to Apply If you are interested in this opportunity, please send your CV to: Email: 👇 Subject Line: Junior Accountant
