👉 Job Opportunity / Regional & Franchise Manager Amman , Jordan 1- Key Roles & Responsibilities - Regional Branch Supervision - Oversee regional performance (sales, service, quality, cost control). - Manage and evaluate branch managers to ensure targets are met. - Enforce standardized policies and procedures (customer service, hygiene, H&S). 2- Franchise Expansion - Build the franchise expansion strategy (site selection, model design, investor terms). - Oversee new franchise openings (ops support, setup, investor training). - Monitor compliance with operational standards and brand guidelines. - Review franchise agreements, commission structures, and fees. - Financial Planning & Analysis - Prepare regional budgets, control expenses, and analyze branch-level profitability. - Deliver regular reports (monthly/quarterly) with insights and recommendations. - Define and track KPIs per branch. 3- Operational Support - Coordinate cross-functionally (Procurement, Marketing, HR, Quality). - Lead efficiency, cost-reduction, and revenue-growth initiatives. - Handle branch crises (ops issues, staffing gaps, major complaints). 4- People Development & Training - Design training programs for branch managers and teams. - Ensure continuous professional development and leadership pipeline. 5- Brand & Local Marketing - Contribute to local promotional plans per region. - Ensure rollout of central marketing campaigns. - Engage local partners and communities to strengthen brand presence. 6- Legal & Regulatory Compliance - Stay current on local regulations (licensing, health, municipal) and ensure compliance. - Liaise with government/regulatory bodies as needed. 7- Requirements & Skills - Proven experience in restaurant operations/multi-branch management, ideally in a franchise model. - Mid-to-senior management (min. 5–8 years, depending on company scale). - Strong analytical and financial acumen. - Willingness to travel across the region. - Excellent communication, leadership, and team motivation skills. - Solid grasp of franchise models, contracts, operational standards, and brand quality. - Strong local network and market knowledge. - Excellent command of English (reading, writing, speaking). 8- How to Apply If you meet the above qualifications, please email your CV to: Email Subject: Regional Manager
